She hopes to work closely with individual athletes, teams and coaches to build camaraderie and individual skills that will assist with increasing confidence, focus and love for the sport. As an individual who experienced a career ending injury, she hopes to help athletes process through their own injuries, the grief, identity loss and pressure that comes along with the injuries. Ally believes in the importance of building a safe place, a strong therapeutic relationship, honesty, accountability, teamwork and kindness.
