Ally Janshen is a former high level competitive athlete. Throughout her career she played on several travel and club teams, as well as a varsity starter for her 4 years of high school. As a collegiate athlete who suffered a career ending injury, Ally understands first hand what it means to experience the true highs and lows of sports, and how it can impact your player's self esteem, self worth, and identity.
