And that's where boundaries can be a big help! Boundaries are probably one of my favorite things to talk about in therapy sessions with clients. Why? Because setting a healthy boundary can help protect your feelings, keep you from "people pleasing", and reduce anxiety. Boundaries let you thrive, not just survive. Today's challenge?
